Difficult one as I compartmentalise my life into phases.

The day I got into uni probably comes close in my pre-kids phase although it was a bit anti-climactic as I was on a rugby tour abroad and didn't find out until 4 days after it was published in the paper.

The day after my 50th birthday when I went out with my two daughters together for the first time in about 5 years felt like the best day of the rest of my life.

My kids sort of though i wouldn't really say the day they were born if i'm honest, that was just pain and anxiety followed by a sleeping infant and visitors when all i wanted to do was sleep. I would say when i finally got them home and they felt truely mine

I couldn't break down what was the best day of my life theres been so many milestones. But waiting for years to finally hear one of my sons call me mummy has to be up there with the best of them

The day I walked out of my ex's house. He was such a doof.
Does anybody here remember Vera Lynn?
    Remember how she said that
    We would meet again
    Some sunny day?

    What has become of you?
    Does anybody else here
    Feel the way I do?

    Doof, (n.)

One who acts like a complete dick, without being aware of the fact that they are acting like a complete dick.

Or, at least that's what I'm guessing...
I always favour alcohol and meaningless banter above all else in the world.
